Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West

beautiful location and building is amazing. 1 guy that deserves a bonus is a black guy who does the night shift. he’s the absolute best worker and I’m 100% coming back to this hotel hoping that he is there! top top service from him and he understands what it means to give great customer service!

We travelled with my family so we booked two rooms next to each other. Both rooms were non-smokers which we liked, and they were very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was definitely worth it - lots of choices, especially also for vegetarians. The rooms were really quiet, which we appreciated. The metro station and the train station are both 3 minutes walking from the hotel - highly recommend this location because it takes you really fast to the center.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was good, handy to train station to get into town easily. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from and reasonably priced.

I loved the breakfast as there is so much variety to help yourself and you could keep coming back for as much as you wanted so it’s very good price. Also if you had a query with the room you can go back to reception and they usually help sort it out very quickly.

I got a genius upgrade so the room was bigger than expected. There was a fridge, a kettle and a corner seat with a small adjustable table. I had to do a bit of work so thay was good. The hotel is a 5min walk from the Westerdijk train station and there is a supermarket right around the corner from the station with cheap fresh coffee and fresh food including salads. The train is only 10mins to Amsterdam Central and it's about 30mins on the metro. There is a gym but I didn't use it.
